Admission

30 minutes before the start of the concert. In the Cathedral Parish Hall and the Royal Armoury, admission is 15 minutes before the start of the event.

Buying your tickets online through the website

Tickets for SEMF 2012 can be purchased online from 23 March by clicking the link ”Buy ticket” in the programme.

You will first be directed to a description of the event, with a button ”Köp” at the bottom. On the next page, you will be asked to choose section (if applicable) and number of tickets. If the ticket is for an event with free seating, you will be sent on directly to the log-in page. If you are purchasing a ticket for an event with numbered seating, you will be given the possibility of choosing your seat. The booking system will automatically give you a seat, but if you wish to change it, click ”Välj platser själv”. A plan of the venue will open on the screen and you can click the seat you would like to book, within the selected section.

As a new customer, you will be asked to create a user account connected to your e-mail address. If you have purchased tickets here before, fill in your e-mail address and your password to log in.

Finally, you will be asked to choose your method of payment. Please observe that you can only choose direct payment by Visa/Mastercard if you are living outside Sweden. Your ticket will be sent to your e-mail address for printing!

Tickets for events in the Finnish Church, the German Church and the Drottningholm Court Theatre are available for online purchase until 11.30 am on the day of the concert. After that, tickets are only available in the ticket office or at the door.

Tickets for events in the Cathedral Parish Hall are available online until 9.00 pm the day before. On the day of the event, tickets can only be purchased at the door.

Tickets for the performances in the Royal Armoury are only sold at the door.

Student tickets for the concerts in the German Church are only available through the ticket office.

Booking your ticket by phone

You can book your tickets by calling our festival phone, +46 722 24 42 42, between 11 am and 2 pm, Thursdays and Fridays from 22 March. Pre-booked tickets are collected and paid in the ticket office no later than 1 hour before the start of the concert. Please note that the ticket office can only accept payment in cash!

The ticket office on Tyska brinken 13, by the German Church, is open during the festival:

The opening hours may be subject to small changes.

It is not possible to buy tickets for the Cathedral Parish Hall at the ticket office on the day of the event.

Tickets for the performances in the Royal Armoury are only sold at the door.

Please note that the ticket office can only accept payment in cash!

Tickets at the door

Ticket sale for the Finnish Church is moved from the ticket office to the church one hour before the start of the concert.

In the Cathedral Parish Hall, tickets are sold at the door from 30 minutes before the event.

At the Royal Armoury tickets are sold only at the door, from 30 minutes before the start of the performance.

SEMFestivalpass

The festival pass gives you entrance to concerts, seminars, and masterclasses during Stockholm Early Music Festival 2012. The pass is valid in the A section in the German Church, in the stalls in the Finnish Church, and in designated seats in row 27-31 at the Drottningholm Court Theatre. Please note that the pass is valid for all events except the Early Late Night Concert and the boat trip to Drottningholm!

Your SEMFestivalpass this year will be connected to a specific seat in the German Church, which you choose in step 3 of your booking when purchasing online. Collect your festival pass at the ticket office by showing your printed e-ticket!

If you book your pass by phone, a paying-in form/bank details will be sent to you by post. Please bring a receipt of the bank transfer to the ticket office when collecting your pass.
