CELEBRATE SPRING, BACH, EUROPEAN DAY OF EARLY MUSIC and SEMF's PROGRAMME RELEASE!

Wednesday March 21 it's time for the sixth edtition of the EUROPEAN DAY OF EARLY MUSIC in Stockholm and Europe!

After starting with the organ concert - J.S. Bach 333 years! at 12 noon in the S:ta Eugenia Church with Ulf Samuelsson (free admission) SEMF surprises with The Early Music Tram, a ”Rolling Tunes”-performance presenting pupils from the Royal College of Music in Stockholm and baroque as well as renaissance jewels on the Tram Nr 7 between Norrmalmstorg and Waldemarsudde at 1 pm - 3 pm.

The main concert – and big final - will take place at 7 pm in the German Church, Old Town: "Thirty years of music and tears" an especially composed perfomance by Swedish and international artists - Vokalharmonin, Stockholm and Lautten Compagney, Berlin conducted by Fredrik Malmberg play music by Schütz, Schein as well as Nordic Folk Tunes.
