The contributions för the ensemble competition EAR-ly 2008 are now all sent in to the jury. Who will perform at the finals during SEMF will be announced here 7. April.

Stockholm Early Music Festival presented Trio Stravaganti, Sweden's and Scandinavia's contribution to REMA SHOWCASE for young European ensembles in Modena, Italy 9-11 November 2007. The ensemble members are Anna Petrini, recorder, Tore Eketorp, viol, and Johan Lindström, harpsichord. Earlier this year the Trio won the Swedish competition "Ung och lovande". In Modena the group represented Swedish early music in a great way and received much applause.
