The third edition of EDEM

On 21st March 2015, the third edition of the European Day of Early Music will be celebrated all over Europe, coordinated by REMA. While the first edition of this celebration in 2013 was supported by Androulla Vassiliou, member of the European Commission, the 2014 event was held under the patronnage of UNESCO.

On 21st March, the first day of spring and birthday of Johann Sebastian Bach, concerts, conferences and other events in several countries will bring awareness on the diversity of the European historical musical heritage. A number of these events will be available to wide audiences through online live streamings. The project is also realised in collaboration with the European Broadcasting Union (EBU).
